We did it sis! We are here at the final phase of our series learning how to use faith to beat chronic anxiety.  James 4:16 says "Faith without works is dead." Meaning, if we don't DO what we say we believe, our faith is not effective! But, did you know that when you put action behind your faith, you increase your faith?! 🤯 Over the last 3 weeks, we have talked about how to implement small steps into your daily life to go from anxious to peaceful. Now, all that remains is for you to do what you have learned. This is the part where you take control of your anxiety, by acting on your faith. And the key to it all working properly, is consistency!  I'm rooting for you, praying that you find the courage to take action on what you believe, and that you keep showing up every single day.
