Karthy Subramaniam is the co-founder of LITS (Lost In the Sauce), a hot sauce brand made in Toronto, Ontario. LITS' “Burning Mango” was the winner of the Best Medium Heat Hot Sauce at the Heatwave Hamilton Hot Sauce Expo 2019. In this episode we talk about the making of the heat, the vision for the company, and we try some hot sauces. “All of our sauces are made locally in Toronto, Ontario and are all-natural, gluten-free, vegan, and low sodium (less than 1% per serving size).” — LITS
