Preparing for labor and birth can be quite a journey. I believe practicing focusing on your breathing while experiencing uncomfortable sensations in our bodies, such as anxiousness, is an important first step in preparing for labor, delivery, and birth. If feelings of anxiety or other uncomfortable emotions during your pregnancy are overwhelming you right now, this might be the episode for you. *Disclaimer: emotions may rise to the surface during these JSJ meditations. This is because JSJ is a highly developed form of acupressure, and you are helping your body move energy, which can sometimes bring up or stir up strong emotions. I encourage you to use tools you may already have to manage these emotions, repeat the meditation, or choose another meditation to help further release and shift into feelings of peace, calm, and clarity within.
