In todays podcast I chat with Ritika and Ashley as they are getting closer to graduation. During their Full-time MBA experience, they have learned what leadership looks like for them on a personal level. We also discuss their motivation to do an MBA and what they were looking for when embarking on this journey. Ritika shares: “I realised I am in my comfort zone, and I need to get out of my comfort zone and try something new. This pushed me to look for other jobs and then I landed in E-commerce. I loved it. But I knew there had to be something more.” Ashley shares: “I have always been someone who needs change. I’d rather move than stand still. Every time I hit a wall in life, I asked myself “what can I change and do to get out of this situation?”
