Statements from Russia, Brazil, and Mexico have already been issued, condemning the attack and insisting that further escalation be prevented. They recommended focusing on a way out of the situation through dialogue. Brazilian President Lula said the attack “crosses the line of what is unacceptable. These acts represent a very
serious affront to Venezuela's sovereignty and set another extremely dangerous precedent for the international community.”
”Attacking countries in flagrant violation of international law,” he continued “is the first step toward a world of violence, chaos, and instability, where the law of the strongest prevails over multilateralism.”
This illegal attack follows the just-thwarted attempt by Ukraine, or NATO forces acting in the form of Ukraine, to assassinate Russian President Vladimir Putin at his residence on the evening of Dec. 29th. The situation has been further compounded by the New Year’s Eve drone attack on a Russian cafe in Kherson, in which at least 28 civilians were killed, and many more wounded. British intelligence agencies, who want nothing more than to derail the nascent attempt at diplomacy underway by the Trump Administration with Russia, are pumping the narrative that President Putin lied about the attack to justify Russia’s war on Ukraine—a ridiculous falsehood on the face of it.
Add to this the mad attempt to install advanced tactical nuclear weapon systems in Germany and Europe, in preparation for "defense" in a future war with Russia, and you have the short term makings for a thermonuclear World War III.
