Todays episode to me is the epitome of authenticity. Opening your heart to others is not always easy but when it happens - its beautiful and raw.
Today a group of women got together to celebrate ourselves, celebrate each other and our shared successes. To spur eachother on and share in love and laughter.
Over snacks and champagne we shared some of our most vulnerable moments, deepest thoughts, and unveiled our truest selves.
Circled around together we also shared some laughter, some tears and bittersweet 'goodbyes' as we said farewell not only to Season 13 of Project C, but also said farewell to our beloved trainer Ashley. It was an honor and privilege to share memories and well wishes to this amazing woman as she moves on to the next season of her life. We will miss you Ash! CCF and Project C won't be the same without you!
