This podcast aims to inform the next generation of theatre managers about the strengths and weaknesses in our industry, using the experiences and voices of marginalized genders (including women, non-binary, and trans artists). Each episode features a different artist from Philly theatre, who speaks about their work in the industry and how they want to see Philly theatre improve in the future.
