Established in 2001, Purple Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all-volunteer organization whose mission is to raise funds to improve the lives of people in the Dallas area who are living with or are affected by HIV/AIDS. Purple Foundation produces several dance fundraisers and social events throughout the year. Purple Foundation’s premier dance fundraiser, Purple Party Weekend, is a sensational weekend of dance events featuring electrifying visual performances and music by some of the world’s most popular DJs.

DJ Joe RossAs one of the most sought after DJs in Houston, Native Houstonian, DJ Joe Ross, has been working the club scene since 2003, where his first gig was at the ever popular nightclub Guava Lamp. Since, he has spun at some of the hottest clubs/parties from Houston to Dallas to Florida to Vienna, Austria and also at the famous club the Abbey in Los Angeles. His preferred styles of mixes are electro, vocal house, progressive house, tech-house, and top 40 pop remixes. Joe has received Outsmart Magazine’s Award for Best Male DJ 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & About Magazine Best DJ 2013. He currently resides at the two Largest Gay clubs in Houston (South Beach & F Bar).
