I’m Sara! Faith filled wife, multi passionate boy mom, and life coach. I remember wondering if my life would forever feel out of control and if I would ever end the day feeling accomplished. I started with breaking up with the identity of being a hot mess momma and instead, taking responsibility for my actions through tiny habits, routines, and intentional action! I can tell you that getting to a place of peace and joy throughout your days and feeling so sure of the direction you are headed and what God has for you is such an incredible space. I found breakthrough in this season through journaling and incorporating planning throughout my days. Mom life is not always easy especially when you are working towards goals and staying organized can seem overwhelming while trying to balance all the things in life!
Here I will show you how to start developing tiny habits, and use intentionally planned action steps that will help you create more balance in your life. I will show you how to plan and prioritize yourself and what’s important so that you confidently live out the dreams and desires that God has placed in your heart for a reason! We will have journaling prompts and reflections throughout the month so that you can start to dig deep emotionally and mentally!
My mission is to empower you in this season so that you can confidently crush your days, design a purpose driven life, and re-discover that strong confident women within who goes after her goals, while still showing up as present parent!

Reflection Questions:
What’s one area of your life right now that feels most overwhelming, and how might planning bring more peace there?
How do you feel when you plan something ahead versus when you wing it?
What’s one small win you’ve had because you planned in advance?
Action Steps:
Start small. Pick just one daily task or routine to plan ahead this week.
Write it down. Whether it’s on a sticky note, in your phone, or in a planner, putting your plan in writing makes it real.
Review and adjust. At the end of the week, look at what worked and what you can tweak for next time.
