Camilla is a GORGEOUS friend I made in Hiriketiya in December, we met through mutual friends while jamming on the beach and we spent a lot of time together before she went back to Italy!

We have an enormous shared passion for latin dance (bachata and salsa) that reignited my own dormant passion for dancing, and we spent a lot of time talking about health, wellness and the traditional 'hospital' environment (she is a doctor).

We both found it ironic that the hospital environment itself is so detrimental to the health of doctors and other staff (not to mention the patients!), and shared our experiences of trying to navigate a more traditional medical job with wanting to have a much more balanced, free and healthy lifestyle in a more optimal environment, how to balance travel and work, how to work with people that actually care about their health, how to balance hobbies and passions and work and play!
