Welcome to the Raw Bar! We kick off our second-season debut with the Goddess Power Hour. We’ll be discussing what it means to be a woman and embrace female power in today’s world.
It can often feel like there are some expectations of how a woman should behave or look that weren’t created by us and don’t reflect our own values. That’s why it’s so important to remember that our bodies and identities are completely unique and we can define ourselves on our terms.
And we begin by breaking generational curses with body confidence. Many of us have had expectations placed on us from generations before, but with breaking norms, we can start to set new standards for ourselves and redefine what beauty means for future generations.
Along the way, we will tackle the power of Peg the Patriarchy™, a way of doing away with competition between genders and instead collaborating together to shape an environment more equitable for everyone. With this approach, women won’t just be strong enough to survive—they will thrive in all areas of life.
But to help us navigate these themes, we have Luna Matatas, a 15-year sex and pleasure educator who champions body confidence and self-pleasure (and who owns the Peg the Patriarchy trademark, by the way).
