In this audio I'm sharing the uncomfortable truths about shadow & darkness, addictions and how I came into my medicine and what it means for my practice as it develops. I'm so honoured I was asked to share to such an amazing group of listeners in a talk I did for the Landmark Rotary group in Kelowna BC. I was asked to share my story.

I speak to this spirit medicine conversation as a Seer and Guide in traditional healing, offering guidance and healing to those on a profound path of self-discovery.
My life’s work combines all this knowledge: mind, body, spirit support, animism, land-based practices, whole food traditions and ancestral work by restoring the “Old Ways.” These ancient ways are kept alive within private sessions, space holding, circles, mentorship, creativity, ceremony, storytelling and rituals.
I don’t do plant medicine healing. I do hands-on, coaching and ceremonial healing.
Through this style of spirit medicine, I pinpoint origins of wounds and call your missing pieces back home to you. This is ancient technology, shamanism.
