Chances are you know a real estate agent or know someone who knows a real estate agent. The market is chock full of them, but you don't just want to hire any agent. Selling and/or buying a home is a huge transaction and involves emotions as well as big money. Hiring the wrong agent can at best create an unnecessary amount of stress, or cost you tens of thousands of dollars at worst. We have learned from a ton of agents over the last couple of years and we want to share some insights into how to hire a real estate agent.
