#178 20世紀の日本では、仕事が簡単に辞めれないことがよくありました。ただし、2025年現在でも、その古い職場文化が一部の企業に残っており、仕事を辞めたくても様々な理由で、会社側から辞めれないと言われたことがあります。そこで、最近では、「退職代行」サービスがはやっており、辞めれない人の代わりに企業と交渉して退職までに対応します。今回は、このサービスと日本の職場文化についてお話します。
In 20th-century Japan, it was often difficult to quit a job easily. However, even as of 2025, this old workplace culture is still remain in some companies. People who want to quit have been told by their employers that they cannot leave for various reasons. Consequently, “resignation agency” services have recently become popular. These agencies negotiate with companies on behalf of those unable to quit, handling the process until resignation is finalized.
