This podcast features Prof. Sue Williamson is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Business at UNSW, Canberra. Sue specialises in gender equality in the workplace, and public sector human resources and industrial relations. She talks about her career transitions and how she had to overcome a series of obstacles to build several careers. She is devoted to making a difference through her research and is a passionate activist for equality in the workplace. Her recent research includes examining what the future of work might look like post-pandemic; and how middle managers can progress gender equality. Sue has partnered with various state government and Australian Government agencies on projects aimed at progressing workplace gender equality.
