Realising Your Potential In Conversation with Ex-Olympian, Crista Cullen

This week Anj talks to Crista Cullen. Crista received her first England Hockey cap in 2003, retiring in 2016. The Olympian now spends her time working as a conservationist, leveraging her sporting success for good. Having moved back to her childhood home of Africa after retiring from a long, illustrious career in Elite sports, she completed a masters in conservation and set up the charity Tofauti (meaning difference in Swahili) - with the aim of making Africa more sustainable while building solutions for wildlife and communities to live harmoniously.

In this episode you’ll hear about everything from gutsy conversations and educated risks to empowerment and social learning. Crista and Anj talk about authentic leadership, owning your purpose and the importance of dedication both on, and off the field. Crista also shares her ideas around success and fulfilment, and her conviction to stay true to herself.
