Netflix reports its first subscriber loss in 10 years; Ramsay Health Care considers a $20 billion AUD takeover bid; Johnson & Johnson suspends its vaccine sales forecast.

Netflix (NFLX) share price drops 25 percent. Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) beats Q1 estimates, but reports weak demand for its Covid-19 vaccine.
