Special Episode: For these difficult times, I wanted to share an easy way to quickly calm and ground yourself whenever you need to.
Here is a simple Breathwork exercise. Simply inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. It sounds simple because it is. But sometimes, we need reminders for this most basic tool we have with us and within us. Just be sure to breathe into your belly, not your shoulders or chest.
