Sometimes we just need to own up to our problems… we are all bullies and need to show compassion more often.   Adult bullying is a growing trend especially if you work in the online space or are on social media at all.   People take offense to EvErYtHiNg… your hair, your teeth, how you talk, your history, your political views, your parents, your camera’s background, that you recorded in landscape mode instead of portrait mode, that the sun was on the wrong side of you… EVERYTHING!  But are we doing our part to stop this crappy growing trend? Are we curbing our tongue on things that aren’t our business and aren’t pertinent to our business… things that have no impact on our life? Such as whether someone is recording in landscape mode instead of portrait mode? That won’t impact our life one iota… but still people fire up their keyboards to “let them know” their opinion.   It shuts down sooooo many amazing people out there who may have a message that helps someone somewhere.
