In this lesson, we'll expose the errors of legalism (adding obedience to the law as any part of our justification) and antinomianism (rejecting the moral law as a binding rule of life for believers), while affirming the righteous obedience that necessarily flows from justification by faith alone (chapter 5 of Tom Hicks' book).
This series works to provide a positive, biblical case for key beliefs, including the sufficiency of Scripture, salvation by grace alone, justification by faith, covenant theology, Calvinism, the regulative principle of worship, and more—tracing their roots from the early church through the Reformation and Puritan eras.
Our weekly Sunday School live stream begins every Lord's Day at 9:30 AM (US Central Time).
