God's Will

This message invites us into a powerful exploration of what it means to be true worshipers—not just on Sunday mornings, but in every moment of our lives. Drawing from Ephesians 5:15-19, we're challenged to 'walk wisely' and understand that worship isn't merely a weekly ritual, but a daily response to who God is and what He has done for us. The call to be 'filled with the Spirit' isn't about religious performance; it's about yielding control of our lives—our minds, hands, hearts, and feet—to God's influence. We discover that whatever fills us ultimately controls us: anger, worry, or the Holy Spirit. The profound truth emerges that God doesn't need our worship because He's insecure or lacking—He invites our worship because it's the vehicle through which we experience His presence. In His presence is fullness of joy. When we lift our hands, clap, sing, and engage our whole being in worship, we're not performing for others or following empty traditions—we're stepping into an encounter with the living God who makes His throne in the midst of our praise. The roadblocks of feelings, failures, and fear of what others think dissolve when we shift our focus to the One who died for us. This isn't about style or musical preference; it's about substance and the message that transforms our hearts.
