The Red Leafs are back in the win column! This week Head Coach Mark Coletta starts us off with a quick recap of the team’s 6-1 win over the University of Pittsburgh Panthers followed by one of the closer games of the year in a 3-1 loss to the Robert Morris University Colonials. Then, Nick and Mark preview our games in two weeks against the Long Island University Sharks and Arcadia University Knights.
This week’s Dump ‘n’ Change gets a bit rowdy as we chat with Jeff Marshall, a former teammate and fellow 2001 NCAA Div. III Champion of Head Coach Mark Coletta. Topics range from an analysis of the Edmonton Oilers’ recent struggles, playing in NCAA Div. 1 vs. Div. 3 from experience, player safety in the wake of the tragedy in Sheffield, England this past October, how the game of hockey has changed over the past 20 years, and a short look at the Toronto Maple Leafs’ recent struggles.
