Karis Care Services annual Karis Christmas for Seniors program is back, aiming to bring holiday cheer to nearly 1,500 seniors in Roanoke and Lynchburg. This 22nd year in Roanoke and 21st in Lynchburg initiative, in partnership with local agencies, collects wish lists from seniors receiving home health services. Residents can adopt a senior by buying gifts from their wish list and returning them by December 8th. Over 200 seniors still need adopting, with tags available at Karis offices, local restaurants, and community spots.
