Get ready for a freaky ride as Akiva Wienerkur and Rob Cesterino dive deep into the world of “Freaky Friday” on their latest podcast episode! This “non-cononical Freaky Friday episode” explores the cinematic universe of body-swapping family fun.
The hosts kick things off by recounting the 2003 original “Freaky Friday” starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan. They cover the mother-daughter duo’s switch after opening magic fortune cookies in Chinatown, leading to hilarious chaos as Lindsay Lohan (in her mom’s body) maxes out credit cards and Jamie Lee Curtis (in her daughter’s body) struggles with high school and a garage rock band.
