In this episode we build on last week’s theme of HOPE and turn our attention to the PEACE that Jesus brings. We look at what it really means that Jesus is the Prince of Peace – not just the giver of peaceful feelings, but the One who brings:

• Peace with God through the forgiveness of sins
• Peace that surpasses all understanding, beyond past pain, sickness, and financial strain
• Peace that the world cannot give and cannot take away

We also walk through the ministry of John the Baptist, the voice crying out in the wilderness; and talk about how God used him to “prepare the way of the Lord” by calling people to repentance and a baptism that prepared their hearts to receive the Messiah.

In this Advent season, we ask some honest questions:
Why do we struggle to experience the peace that Christ has already secured?
What gets in the way of Jesus being our Prince of Peace in daily life?
How do we repent, refocus, and prepare room in our hearts for Him again and again?

If you’re wrestling with anxiety, distraction, or a lack of peace in this season, this episode will point you back to the One who alone can calm the storm within and restore your heart before God.
