Everything came to a head for him on February 3rd, 2003 when he brought home a beautiful hollywood actress and hostess from the House of Blues in LA. His driver that night reported dropping them off at his castle around 3AM. Then, shortly after 5AM, he heard a gunshot and saw Phil running from the house.
