When describing Rotarians or Rotaractors, we often hear changemakers, impact drivers, and community leaders. But how often would we hear them described as project managers? Leading and managing projects, in many respects, is what Rotarians and Rotaractors do most. We talk a lot about the outcomes of Rotary work but often forget to appreciate and share the work that got us there.
Welcome to Rotary Project Manager. This podcast is not just for Rotarians and Rotaractors but anyone who wants to maximize their impact by managing projects more effectively from a volunteer organization perspective.
We will explore some of the amazing work Rotary and Rotaract clubs are doing around the world, but specifically, we will look at how they do it. We will explore the highs and lows of managing projects and how we can all learn better ways to be changemakers.
We will dive into the different skills, methodologies, and tools used by professional project managers. Hopefully, what you take away from this podcast are ways to be more impactful in the world, both in rotary and life.
Thank you so much for listening to this intro episode. We really hope we can share with you something that will make a positive impact in the world.
