Women have been taught to suppress their anger. As a mother I know I have had to teach myself how to let myself and my children creatively or even blatantly express our rage. We all have suppressed rage through eons of generational trauma, it might even be the root of the inner critic, not being good enough, people pleasing, and more. Witnessing rage is frightening. Kali is within you. Voicing your rage within your womb is honoring her presence and her wisdom. Expression opens up to empowerment and transmutation into individual and collective creative power. Take the fire to access and harness your magic.
