In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I sit down with Bree from Washington State, who has experienced multiple sightings and ongoing interactions with the Sasquatch near the legendary Mount St. Helens. Bree shares her firsthand encounters, eerie moments in the forest, and the patterns of activity that seem to suggest these creatures are far more intelligent and aware than most realize.
What stood out to me during our conversation is how closely Bree’s stories mirror the same types of Bigfoot activity I’ve documented in the Ozarks of Missouri. One interesting connection we discuss is the sudden abundance of chanterelle mushrooms appearing in active areas—something I’ve personally observed before noticing signs of Sasquatch presence. Could there be a link between the growth of these food sources and the creature’s movements?
Bree’s insights provide a fascinating perspective on how Sasquatch seem to follow seasonal food patterns, much like other wildlife, and how they may form attachments to specific regions for reasons we still don’t fully understand.
