We didn't plan it this way, but our fortieth episode happens to largely deal with the forty days of wrath for the wicked and celebration for the saints. I'm going to chalk this nice synchronicity up to Providence.

The episode begins with an explanation of chiastic, or mirror, structure found through the Scriptures, and likely built into the entirety of redemptive history. From there, it moves into discussion of the forty days: why it keeps popping up throughout the Bible, and why would we should expect one or two 40-day periods of paradigm shifts once we reach the Day of the Lord.
