Episode 136 - Shubert Ho (@feedmehrg)

On the 136th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we're chatting with Shubert Ho, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Feedme Hospitality in Edmonds. If you're not familiar with Feedme Hospitality, you'll recognize many of the restaurants in the group, which includes The Market Fishmonger & Eatery, Bar Dojo, Salt & Iron, SanKai, Fire & The Feast, Shooby Doo Catering, and so much more. Tune in as Shubert tells you how he got his start working at Piatti Restaurant to now running Feedme and be sure to check out their #cater4thekids and #schoollunch give back programs.

In addition, Monica and Nelson tell you all the places they ate this past week. Both Nelson and Monica had dinner and dessert with @bobaeggs at Le Coin and Pie Bar. Nelson also had Korean BBQ at Shin Sung in Federal Way, tried out Detroit Style Pizza at Moto Pizza in West Seattle, picked up Okazu Pan from Umami Kushi, had brunch with friends at Eques in the Bellevue Hyatt, checked out the Tiny's Pizza Pop-Up at Primitive Brewing in White Center and finished off the week with Mango Sago Drinks at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen.

Meanwhile, Monica had her belated birthday dinner at the Dolar Shop and Yifang Tea at the Bravern, tried Teasome on Phinney Ridge, stopped by Turtle Coffee for drinks, got more coffee at Local Coffee Shop in Downtown Seattle, visited Hello Em Coffee and Mangosteen with @annie_eatsfood, picked up Banh Mi's from Saigon Deli, got Tacos Dorados from El Camion, and ordered one of everything from Fuji Bakery.

Thank you so much for listening and we hope you enjoy the latest episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast!
