Now she managesGood Fridays Cheese Co (Insta),Good Fridays General Store⁠ (Insta), and Good Fridays Grazing - the lil' charcuterie hustle that started the whole adventure.

Ahead of the cheese shop's official grand opening, Jess explores what motivates a newbie to the Coast to take on so many projects in such a brie-f amount of time.
