In this episode, we speak with David Massey, an organic vegetable farmer in Cass County, Minnesota who is very excited about the unique Ukrainian Squash he grows and saved the seed from. It is so sweet, you can juice it! We will be growing and offering this seed with North Circle Seeds in the 2020/2021 Season.
