I'm really excited to share this episode with you. I'm so proud with how it came out and some of the points I made I actually really needed to tell myself.

It's very easy to feel small and insgnificant in this world at the best of times but when you have people telling you that you aren't worthy it's only going to make you feel smaller.

In this episode I share my tips on how to build a solid foundation of confidence and understanding of self so that next time sometimes tries to bring you down it's only them on the floor.
