Are we performing, living or existing? To answer this question is think we are doing a little of each. But what goes wrong if you lean too heavily on one option?

In this episode of Self Interrupted I talk about the benefits of performing in your life but also the negativity it can bring.

I touch on my recent breakup and how I found that I was performing not only to everyone around me but also to myself. I told myself that I was okay when in actuality I wasn’t - I was performing.

I really love this episode and once again feel like I shared another page from my journal with you!
