Episode five is about self compassion. Our host, Hailey Curtis, gets into what self compassion is and isn't. Self compassion is not feeling sorry for yourself or just being nicer to yourself. Turns out it is WAY more than that. Like most acts of self love, self compassion is a practice and requires you to intentionally implement it into your life.
