And let's face it, or more so, let's admit it, we too have engaged in toxic behaviour ourselves. But in a lot of cases, empathic people, like Leigh and I, can easily get sucked in and affected by other people's toxic personalities. We tend to want to help them when really, they don't actually want help, let alone understand that they have a problem.
