This episode kicks off Season 3 with sexual fantasy guru Artemisia de Vine. First she explains what sexual fantasies are. Artemisia then discusses that it is typical for an ego to resist states of consciousness. That the ego wants to protect us from being vulnerable. Yet the best sex is when we loose ourself and our ego in the moment. Artemisia’s method explains a radical way to look at taking the shame out of fantasies, and that paradoxically a fantasy is providing us a poison and an antidote to help this. “You can trust your desire, it will lead you to your higher self”, says Artemisia, so buckle up and unpack how to loose yourself for better sex.
