What you’re about to hear is from a series originally hosted on Yoga Strong, called "Let’s Talk About Sex." I always wanted to have conversations around sex, and thus, this series was born. I had so much fun with it that it became it’s on show. I figured it was time to bring all of that over here. So, if you’re listening to it for the first, second, or third time… Let’s talk about sex.

Taylor Rynicki will join me for these convos where we share our personal ideas, experiences, growth, parenting, and navigation of all things sex, pleasure, nudity, sensuality, and joy. We are not claiming to be trained sex therapists or sexologists, but two women-identifying individuals interested in normalizing conversations around sexuality. We believe if more people are talking about it, more people can enjoy it.
