
Let yourself express yourself even with the fear.
Fear isn't bad. It's just there and can be helpful at times.
What we don't want is to hold ourselves back from expressing ourselves (as i sometimes still can too) so that we can fulfil ours wants and desires.
Learning emotional mastery tools and healing wounds that come up around self image will help you move forward!
