Tjarda Jansen began her spiritual journey at age 10 when she discovered a book by the Dali Lama. At 14, she was already delving into Reiki and NLP. Her path has been woven through retreats led by Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, and Adyashanti, and she's trained in yoga, acuEnergetics, Osho meditation facilitation, and Ayahuasca.
