You might have seen her on Showtime's The Chi or firefighter drama favorite Chicago Fire. Her acclaimed success stems way back from playing on Broadway and working on indie films. Her experiences have led her to recognize a lack of opportunities for women, especially women of color, in independent filmmaking. Through Teharah J Entertainment, she focuses on impactful events, film production, and advocacy as a response including her WOC Film Collaborative. Teharah's efforts to provide a platform for young women and women of color are fantastic!
