My guests today are Jason Harai and Byron Redditt of Ippon Judo Club in Lakewood, Washington. They are my Judo senpais from my days of growing up in Washington State. Jason is the founder and head instructor of Ippon Judo Club. Both Jason and Byron were also the former coaches of Travis Stevens, who is the -81kg silver medalist from the 2016 Rio Olympics. Jason’s Judo club just recently celebrated 20 years since opening in February of 2001. He also released an online Judo tutorial on BJJ Fanatics titled “Fundamental Judo for Kids”. Enjoy the episode.
