What would you say if I suggested that you should build a new brand in a mature, highly fragmented, price sensitive industry? And what if I also challenged you to grow it at the same speed as a tech startup? Well, you'd likely say that's crazy talk. But it really isn't. Today we are speaking with Sneha Visaria, Founder and Director of PDD Falcon, a leading Indian stainless steel home and kitchenware brand, that started just about a little over four years ago. And it's been more than doubling revenue every year. A feat that I think is beyond many VC funded startups as well.
