what comes after goodbye? part 2

In part two, we’re unpacking the side of separation that doesn’t get talked about enough — the part where everyone else suddenly has feelings about your breakup.

We get into what it’s like navigating other people’s reactions, expectations, and projections… all while trying to rebuild your own life from the ground up. We talk about the moments of disassociation that show up when everything feels too big, becoming more self-aware in the aftermath, and how we slowly started piecing ourselves back together.

We also share the advice we wish people had given us — and the guidance we’d offer to anyone supporting a friend, sibling, or loved one going through a separation.

It’s honest, tender, and a reminder that the “after” is just as complicated as the goodbye.
