Improving memory
This week we're talking about ways of boosting your brain so that you don't find it as hard to remember who had the best selling single in 1974 (Mud - Tiger Feet) and you can manage to churn out a podcast on a Sunday afternoon. We also discuss the merits of a good apple, reminisce about reading maps, and I'm grateful for plasters. You can email us at info@grahamlandiwellbeing.co.uk Thanks again for listening, we really appreciate it.
