This week I was joined by one of my most beloved friends Chris King. Chris and I have dug wells together in the scripture in the hopes of discovering the living presence of Jesus. Our conversation was rich with testimony and practical keys to cultivating a deep life in God. Finding substance in the scripture as our vital supply and living with a heart position that waits for Christ to emerge from the text will awaken hunger in us for heavens supply of living bread. Without this our prayer life will grow stale and we run the risk of methodology swallowing up our pursuit.
