We are the Choir of Our Lady of the Rosary in the parish of St. John, on the island of Barbados. Ours is a vibrant and active music ministry and we have created this podcast to focus on the psalms in the Catholic liturgy. Most of the musical settings are original compositions and we feel that they reflect the rhythm and flavour of our Caribbean culture. Our hope is that through this podcast we can share our love of the psalms with a wider global community.

Responsorial Psalm 129[130] for the 10th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year B - With The Lord There Is Mercy And Fullness Of Redemption
Cf. Ps 26: 1-2 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; whom should I dread? When those who do evil draw near, they stumble and fall.   Responsorial Psalm 129(130)   With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption.   Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord,  Lord, hear my voice! O let your ears be attentive  to the voice of my pleading.   With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption.   If you, O Lord, should mark our guilt,  Lord, who would survive? But with you is found forgiveness:  for this we revere you.   With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption.   My soul is waiting for the Lord.  I count on his word. My soul is longing for the Lord  more than watchman for daybreak. (Let the watchman count on daybreak  and Israel on the Lord.)   With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption.   Because with the Lord there is mercy  and fullness of redemption, Israel indeed he will redeem  from all its iniquity.   With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption.   The English translation of Psalm Responses from Lectionary for Mass © 1969, 1981, 1997, International Commission on English in the Liturgy Corporation.
