
Conflict at Work is inevitable and it can have positive and negative effects. Conflict often acts as a catalyst for needed change and can provide an impetus for creative initiatives and solutions.
In the current world majority of conflicts do not get resolved and the rift widens and relationships, work culture, the team all are ruined and it boils down to who wins and who loses, but this is what leaders are for is a question to ponder upon.
As leaders what do we want? teams well being, Team to be in our control, or a hybrid model a mix of both?
