About Fortitude

When Fortitude was conceived, it was in response to the alarming number of young adults who needed help defining a career path. Many, who have more complex and challenging early-life experiences, may not know where to begin to find a career.

At Fortitude, we understand there are several reasons young adults may be seeking a career change. Whether it’s due to challenging life experiences or lack of desire towards a college education, we provide an alternative solution. Working in the construction industry can lead to an extremely fulfilling and lucrative career, with great benefits. Furthermore, there is an increasing demand for skilled labor in our workforce, and we provide a connection between those seeking a career in the trades and companies in need of skilled labor.

As a part of our construction pre-apprenticeship training program, life mastery is a core focus. We provide the skills to communicate effectively, honor commitments, and manage finances - all critical life skills that work in harmony to help make the road easier to travel. Fortitude is the place for young adults to learn more than just a set of trade skills, it is a place where they can learn life mastery skills that will guide them to a more fulfilling life and meaningful career.
